PMI Model No. PEC-15-400M470M-37-12V-SFF is a single stage, balanced GaAs MESFET Linear Power Amplifier operating in the frequency range of 400MHz to 470MHz. It provides a typical small signal gain of 15dB and +38dBm of output power at 1dB gain compression. It has excellent gain flatness and good VSWR at both input and output.
